Why I founded OrgAlpha

Why I founded OrgAlpha

I founded OrgAlpha to help leaders and organisations unlock what I call organisational alpha – the performance advantage that comes from aligning strategy, culture, technology and execution.

I’ve seen too many organisations treated like machines, optimised for efficiency and output. In reality, organisations are living systems, shaped by people. When we ignore that, something vital gets lost: the human energy, creativity, and trust that actually drive results. True performance comes when heads and hearts are fully engaged.

Over two decades leading investment firms and advising boards and founders, I’ve learned what works and what doesn’t. I work closely with leadership teams to help them build organisations fit for the future, capable of scaling with clarity, integrity and resilience.
